Cortijo Park is owned by and managed day to day by husband and wife Ian and Susan Bailey supported as required operationally by Colin Ingram. Susan, Ian and Colin are all British.

 

Susan Bailey, who is Cortijo Park's Clinical Director, is a qualified nurse and trained originally at St Thomas' Hospital in London and holds an MA (Distinction) in the treatment and assessment of patients. Sue rose through the ranks of the National Health Service in Britain to eventually hold various senior managerial positions and latterly was highly demanded as a consultant nurse throughout the U.K.

 

Cortijo Park's Business Director Ian Bailey began his career by qualifying as a civil engineer and became managing director of a UK civil and structural engineering company which was sold in the late nineties.

 

Colin Ingram, Cortijo Park's Business Development Director, has lived on the Costa del Sol since 1987 during which time he has held directorships in a number of real estate related businesses and projects.
